This is likely the most political I'll ever get on this board but screw it. We'll be lucky if there's ever an end to this lunacy. Governments the world over have been experiencing more broad-sweeping power over the masses this past year than ever before under the guise of "keeping everyone safe", and they're not going to just let all that power go no matter what happens to the virus (they can just perpetually fearmonger with it anyway). It's like the Patriot Act on super steroids, on a global scale.

It's hard not to get political when we have the state coming at us to take away our rights regarding our animals. It's hard not to make a giant post of complaints because it all ties together. Best we can do is be vigilant is paying attention to places like USARK for other issues as well so we can see all the laws they are trying to slip in without any media coverage and spread the word to people who are actually willing to do something. Even if it's spamming congress with complaint letters, it's something.
