Out of hide during the day when in shed

Ye so he’s outside of his hide whilst in shed during the day (it’s only 9:50am here so might go inside later on) his eyes have started turning milky blue so he should shed by the end of the week. Just wanted to know if it’s normal for this to happen every now and then as he doesn’t usually do this.
Right now as I’m typing this he’s just chilling being half inside the hide & half outside of it.

I’m in the uk as well but I’ve never even seen any of my Royals out and about when they’re in shed mode .. they just disappear until it’s all over
