I have to use a decent sized water bowl but I'm using a 250 watt CHE and my humidity is between 52-60% usually. I've seen it drop as low as 47% on a particularly dry day, nothing a misting didn't fix. I also have a humid hide with moss. It's do-able using substrates that are good at holding moisture.
