...I appreciate that he is up front on the manufacturing time/delay. I don't like the fact that he bills your credit card at time of order!

I don't blame you, but if you were in his shoes, would you want to be making something for someone who might cancel out anytime? He would end up with a warehouse of miscellaneous enclosures for which he probably doesn't have the space.

I do think it would be fair to wait & only bill your credit card when he actually STARTS on your order. (maybe he cuts a bunch at once, & only then assembles them?)
