I think I made a mistake and confused Pokigron with another type of BCC from Venezuela that are not a dwarf species. I cannot remember what they are called and apologize for my lack of knowledge here, I am still learning about localities.

Gus didn't cross. Because of their size, the thought is through history, they probably bred with smaller locale BI's at some point and that's why the males are 4-5FT and females max out about 6FT, unlike many BCC's that can get large.

Again, sorry I misspoke. Thank you for the correction and I am glad I can clarify.

Yeah, I cannot say enough about Tommy. He's an awesome guy and we stay in touch and I send pictures of Feliz.

EDIT: Paraguanera Venezuelan Boas is what everyone seems to think I have. Feliz, however, is not one, he is a different Locale Species from Venezuela.

The confusion may be because Pokigron Suris are one of the smaller Suri boas.

They have been described as "dwarf" BCC boas by a German Locality breeder.

My friend has 2 Rio Bravo Pokis and the female is a 7 footer at a fairly advanced age.

Sauzo and JMCROOK both have the amazing Poki Locale.

The boa you have is probably closely related to mine.

The Barranquilla, Colombian has traits of both BCC and BCI. Only because Gus was not 100% certain the Colombians he had were not BCC, he called them BCI.

    Locality animals are special!
