Regurgitation concerns aside, morbid obesity is probably the leading cause of owner inflicted premature death in boa constrictors. These critters should hit 20 years without even breaking a sweat. Keep it lean and you should have a pet to enjoy for decades. Whatever feeding regiment you decide upon, pay attention to her body shape and don't be afraid to make adjustments.
