Are Leopards neurologically/genetically sound?
I really love the look of Leopard ball pythons, but heard from someone they've got neurological/genetic issues like Spiders do.
A quick Google search pulled up nothing, so anyone got any information on this? Do Leopards naturally have issues?

No, they do not.
Sometimes snakes get heat stroked from an unregulated heat source and have neuro-issue like symptoms (either temporary or permanent)-so the rumor mill is always producing 'word of mouth' that so-and-so gene has Spider wobble...

my Leopard morph female has never shown signs of neuro issues, nor have i ever heard of the Leopard gene being linked to neuro issues.
