Due to certain things that had happened in the past, I now get instantaneous panic attacks when in the dark, and sometimes it doesn't even have to be dark! It can even be something as simple as turning the lights in a room off. It's very dangerous that the attacks are so spontaneous, and it could lead to other health conditions if I'm not careful. So, in order to prevent them from happening at all at night, I have a little frosted bulb to cope.
