Soak him for a couple hours then. You don't want to have to remove it with force as that's not good for either of you. If the shed is fresh it shouldn't be hard to come off. If it has dried and hardened, you might be sol. Just start injecting the prey with water and make sure the snake has a big bowl easy to find. Also try to keep the humidity higher as he has stuck shed. Really though, you don't need a constant high humidity. I spoke mine to 80 and then let it dry out to 40
