Get a bucket with a lid, make some air holes, put enough luke warm water in with correctly dosed aquarium declorinator.
Add an old flannel and add the snake, put on top of the Viv to keep it warm.
Remove after 20-30min and the stuck shed should fall away in your hands.
Thats the technique I use for bad sheds.
