    You can't find betadine either? Most any drugstore would carry...it's a solution (blot on with gauze & let dry), it's not an ointment, but probably all you need.
    It says for cuts and scraps on it. Okay icwill return it any try to get betadine

    Yes, it will SOOTHE the skin & promote healing, but it doesn't say anything about killing germs...that's the difference.

    Betadine is just a brand name for povidone iodine. Any drug store will carry it.
