    No, I wouldn't use that...this is a wound, not a "hot spot". You want something that is antibacterial, not just something to "soothe" & there's no telling if those ingredients
    would be an issue with snakes...they aren't common ingredients at all.

    You can't find betadine either? Most any drugstore would carry...it's a solution (blot on with gauze & let dry), it's not an ointment, but probably all you need.
