Not seeing close enough & only one scale, but IF it's a fungal infection (& very well could be- BPs seem a little prone to this with their warm humid cages),
what works is a topical miconazole nitrate 1% (spray or cream, "for dogs & cats") but you'll need a prescription for it. ("Conofite" etc.)
