Spider is a single gene, honey bee is 2 genes ie spoder and ghost.
Ghost is a recessive trait, which is also commonly called hypo or hypo melanistic. Hypo melanistic means reduction in black pigment in the skin, so while the snake overall has a look of "ghostly" or in shed appearance, the biggest sign is to look at the black in the spider pattern. It wont be as dark and may have blushing or lightening in it. Fun fact a snakes shed will have no pattern in it because of its hypo genes.
If this wordy description is not helpful I'll post some pics (which arent mine btw)
With your new knowledge, which is which?

Further, if you still think they don't look much different, something i have learned is ghost/hypo snakes do not show up well in pictures or online. Go to a show or reptile expo and see one in person, they (imo) are very easy to see and a beautiful morph and desirableto have.
