Stairs or Elevators?

For whatever reason, I have very weak knees. I can only go up about 5 steps (not flights) before it becomes a struggle. I can do down any amount ...............................

Interesting, for me it’s harder on the knees going downstairs than up.

I guess it’s it similar to push and pull. In my sports days most of my buddies could out push me, but I could out pull them.
