    For whatever reason, I have very weak knees. I can only go up about 5 steps (not flights) before it becomes a struggle. I can do down any amount and I can walk for days on flat, semi-flat ground.

    I work in a huge hospital and I will take the elevator to just go up OR down one flight. My reason....I run my ass off all day at work. I use those few precious moments to relax.
