It's probably just a tiny paradox marking. There's nothing wrong with the scale. Sometimes different spots show up with age.

What is that third eye anyway? Is it a pulled scale or something ?

I remember a post from a while back about the five o clock shadow some Pied’s have, the person thought it was dirt from its substrate, lol. Thanks for sharing.
