That's a big life change, but maybe not as big as the one my regular doctor made...he was previously a police officer. My hat's off to anyone with the courage to change
directions when they feel the need or just the desire (or when their body says so!).

Yep it was a massive decision as we had a very young family and I was the main breadwinner at that time ... my salary dropped by £5,000 a year ... a decent amount around 27 years ago !
