Imogen’s humidity was going down so I took her out to add some water to her substrate.

You'll want to make a humid hide for her than add water to substrate. The substrate shouldn't be wet, as that can cause scale rot.

If you keep her in a tank, cover up 95% of the screen top with foil. If you layer a wet towel between the foil and the screen top, it will also boost the humidity by a lot.
