    I'm in the same boat as Bogertophis, it looks like a larvae for either a beetle or a gnat of some sort. Unlikely to cause any issue with your BP, though I'd keep an eye out for more just in case you need to clean them out too.

    Just don't make the same I did and google pictures of "coconut worms." Apparently they're a delicacy, so saw all sorts of people eating them.
