looks like an old rub mark/wound that is finally healing. the mark looks to be on the way to fully healed, so dont worry too much and dont mess with it; it's looking good.
keep your eye on it and it will keep getting smaller and smaller every shed.
the snake was likely rubbing very hard as an attempt to get out of their enclosure. be sure your husbandry is on point!
