    The majority of ball pythons will only soak if the temps are too hot, the enclosure is too dry/dehydrated, or if they're infested with mites. Most don't enjoy soaking. So seeing a bp soak just means to check up on your husbandry, just in case.

    But that's not to say an individual bp out there will still soak for no reason, even if everything else is okay LOL. They're individual snakes, you never know. =P
