Overweight?
I noticed earlier this week that my ball python seems to have some slight 'rolls' when he's curved. I've read that this can be a sign of an overweight snake. What do you guys think?

not in this case. you need to be looking at the spine.
here's a kinda fat bp lol:

see how she's just kinda super round? your beep looks more triangular in shape. you snake could actually use a meal or two.

Your BP looks good to me. Definitely not overweight.
BPs should maintain a slightly triangular shape. Too round is overweight and loose baggy skin or protruding spine would be too thin.

Those are not fat wrinkles, they are the normal curve/wrinkle from bending. You can see how the edge of the wrinkles concave a bit?
A fat snake wrinkle looks like a stuffed sausage and the wrinkles are puffed...
