Don't like the vegie stuff and don't like the grease. Just personal preference. I will eat me some guacamole though. Yumm. Take a large bell pepper and stuff it with some guacamole and look out, I will chow down with stronger feeding response that a starved retic! LOL.

As a Canadian, I have no idea what Canadian bacon is supposed to be, I just love regular bacon, also we have maple bacon here too.

I think you call it back bacon up there? It's like a little flat piece of ham:


Imagine my surprise when I was in France and ordered a bacon and egg breakfast, this was what I received as bacon. Such a disappointment

That looks like preformed ham to me
Most bacon in the U.K. is like this you can get streaky back .I think this is similar to what you have in the USA
obviously raw, mostly meat not much fat
Where streaky bacon is more fatty
