I'm definitely seeing banana in the two on the ends, I had a closer look at the middle one and it has green eyes which makes me think its a pastel Enchi lesser but the eye color could be coming from the Enchi gene as well so I'm stumped until they shed

Well now that makes it tricky lol. I don't think I've ever seen a green eyed banana so if that's the case I'd say your correct with the pastel enchi lesser. IMO it's too bright to just be enchi lesser so it either has banana or pastel. It's my favorite of your hatchlings as well
