Me and my wife also just have ours for just about a month now and handled him for the first time today! He was so scared (we were a bit nervous as well but tried our best to keep calm). After 10 mins of having him out we gently put him back in- letting him crawl off my hand into his home.
I wanted to wait till he took his third meal with us this coming Saturday night but couldn't wait
I really hope it wasn't too stressful of an experience and that he takes his next meal.
