what are you using to measure humidity?

and if your mister is set up on a dc pump I have a spare mistking zip drip that it sounds like your husband should be able to work in to the system. that will get rid of drippage. I wouldn't mind shipping it to you if you wanted it.
Thanks for the tips! Much appreciated. Not sure about a live plant though. She literally tears through her enclosure at night, poking things over, knocking things over, etc. I would think a live plant would get destroyed, and the soil would end up everywhere. She is so curious! Besides, I can't even keep a plant alive in my house! I am no green thumb, that is for sure! lol

My tank is a 40g. Husband says it's a Leviton humidity sensor he's using. It works with his home automation system, so that I'm able to monitor humidity any time, any place on my phone.

I'll mention to hubby about what you're doing and see what he says. Not sure about shipping anything to me though, since I'm in Canada. But thank you for the offer!
