I don't think he wants to have both in together I think the rats are a starter for the bioactive. I can see the concern for this but I do agree with him that in the wild this is how they would find a hide. As for rats full time in a bioactive enclosure I do think this is a brilliant idea, again at the end of the day we have taken all animals out of there natural environment.
