I would buy a T8 from Animal Plastics, and get the divider. Put Olive in one side with the divider until he's big enough to get the whole cage.
A T8 is $165 right now, just a little more money than an Exo Terra 36x18x12... but with the T8 you won't have to buy another terrarium. The T8 can be Olive's forever home.
