I tend to overly worry about my critters but that does sound like RI symptoms imo. Especially with colored mucus and open mouth breathing. You have a local exotics vet? I’d get an appointment as soon as you can, better safe... Closest “exotic” vet to me cancelled my appointment for Phyllis 15 minutes before I was supposed to show up because he was “uncomfortable seeing a snake that large” even after I explicitly stated when making the appointment that she’s a large constrictor, 9’, 20lbs when I made the appointment. In my case she’s just a butthead and had a swollen lip from pushing. Went away after a shed cycle
