    Definitely something was off, it’s only a good shed when it comes in one piece. You can try soaking him in a half inch or so of 80, 82 degree water for about 35 minutes and then let him crawl thru a wet towel in your hands, that should help get off the rest. And double check your husbandry cause something is off. Hope this helped.
