Edit: how can u tell it's Cinny from the head? there's so much variation in color and patterns in Cinny and Black Pastel Pieds that it's hard to tell for me. i've seen dark ones and lighter brown ones, some with eye stripes and some without. IMO the best way to tell if u gotta Cinny or Black Pastel there is to produce a single gene animal from the sire or from his offsprings. it would be easier to ID the difference between a visual single gene Black Pastel and Cinny.
of course it's not a Panda now that i know the pairing. but upon first glance, i thought it may have been a Panda. i have 2 Ian G. line Black Pastel combo's that are het Pied and have a Panda sibiling. the breeder's Panda looked just like your guy, completely white except she has one complete black circle on her lower third.
