I think that's a great idea. Also, think about how easy it would be to gut load them with good stuff like omegas and greens, just like we do for animals. I would eat it!

Re: Have you ever eaten snake?

Growing up, our neighbors use to go to the Okeene Rattlesnake Hunt in Oklahoma. One year we had a fish fry and our neighbors brought rattlesnake. I remember it being kind of orange when it was cooked. To me, it had no taste and I had to do more nibbling than eating. Not a lot there to take a big bite. I gave up and asked mom to pass me the plate of Yellow Cat.
Ball Pythons are for reptile lovers. Giant Pythons are for snake lovers.

I would have tried it in the past but never did and I don't think I can handle it at this point. I haven't been comfortable with being a non-vegetarian for a long time though and am dropping some of the smarter species from my diet. I love octopus and squid but have mostly given them up at this point because they're really far too intelligent. Pork is also in question and I certainly skip it out of pure guilt a lot of the time at the grocery. I also try to eat less meat in general because it's more environmentally friendly. I think I could get used to bugs if that became a thing, but some of the leggy ones would be a bit of a rough transition.
