Worried about almost whole shed being stuck

Our BP is going through his first shed with us. I thought things would go really smoothly based on what I've read about husbandry requirements and shedding. But his skin was noticeably loose yesterday afternoon, and he still hasn't shed it. The only part that has been shed is part of his head and one eye. Here's what our setup is like:

    - 20L modified glass tank (screen top with 80% covered by cardboard wrapped in aluminum foil. Open space is for heat lamp. A humidifier vents directly into tank. Normal humidity is about 60%, I bumped that up to 70-75% once I noticed he was blue this last Friday. I did not do any extra misting.
    - Cool side is 76-80 degrees, hot side is 89/90. Ambient is usually 78-80. (Edited to say he also has a UTH under his warm hide.)

At what point do I need to be more concerned than I already am if he doesn't complete this shed? In the last 24 hours I've given him a quick soak, have misted his cage, turned the humidifer up to high for short periods of time so it's like a sauna in there, and placed damp paper towels in his hide. I'm especially worried about the remaining eye cap. Any other advice/suggestions would be much appreciated!
