Got bit for the first time last night, but it was 100% my fault. I was feeding everybody and the rat I offered tessa had some guts coming out, so I was adjusting the angle I was holding the tongs to try to keep the mess at a minimum. So of course she went to strike right when I moved, and she caught my finger instead of the rat. She let go immediatly, and she's still very small, so she did very little damage. Just a few puncture marks and a sore knuckle to show for it.
