    Completely depends on the size of the snake , like most species you want a prey item that leaves a slight bulge. For new babies, mouse hoppers are usually more appropriate....I would wait until you can actually see what you're dealing with. Rat hoppers I would think are going to be too big to start.

    Edit: Sauzo nailed it lol. Lightning fast like Caesar at feed time XD
