They do still suck the humidity, RHPs do that the least out of the ambient heaters in my experience.
I don't really notice much of an impact with any of those heat sources, though. I have just enough ventilation to allow for fresh air without letting too much humidity out, and instead of spraying I pour water directly into the bedding and mix it up to evenly spread the moisture. Once it dries out, I do it again. I only have to do this maybe once every 1-2 weeks, and it doesn't require any additional spraying or extra work from me.
I use EcoEarth, but this should also work with any other coco product. With moss, I take the bedding out, soak it in water, strain the excess out, and replace the bedding. I haven't had luck keeping humidity up with aspen, ReptiBark, or cypress mulch (which actively repels water once it dries).
