    Thank you for the reply. I will definitely leave him be then. Tomorrow is feeding day anyway so we try not to bother him on feeding day or 2 days after. Hopefully he can work it off himself in the mean time.
    I will continue to mist his cage to keep the humidty up. Our temps just dropped where we live so the ambient heat dropped as well. I added a infrared light for night time but may have to add a ceramic too until our temps go back up. His hotspot under his hide above the UTH is 88. Anything else I can do to assist him getting it off on his own please let me know.

    I'd spray the enclosure a few times each day until all is well .

    Then , no sooner than two days AFTER he's fed , you could try the ' wet towel trick' ...
