i reached out to DR when i was looking for a Banana Champ combo a long time ago. as a potential customer, the communication was good (but he was out of stock at the time). Chun used to keep a gallery of his private collection on the DR website and i inquired about pix or updates on some of his rarer animals and world's first and he never replied, but i was only inquiring as a fan.
my only other feedback about DR would be tracking the genetic lines of the animals. before his website revamp, the old website(s) used to lump in different lines of the animals. for example, Banana and Coral Glow was listed as "Banana/Coral Glow". (actually that's how it is still listed in the inventory list of the website) Butter/Lesser, etc. as well. genetic lines may not matter to everyday pet owners, but they can be important and helpful to breeders. i hope DR does have records and sorted the genetic lines.
nevertheless DR does provide high quality animals and prices that pretty much can't be beat.
