Shed-Ease, yay or nay?
Still having a particularly difficult time getting that shed off Lucy's chin. The Petco employee directed me to Shed-Ease. Is it good? Bad? Neutral?

moreso unnecessary. a piece of stuck shed here and there won't harm the snake; eyes, nose and tails are the crucial areas that need stuck shed removed.
i say just wait for the next shed and ensure everything comes off.

Waste of money the key is proper husbandry which should be provided at all time because proper humidity does not only affect shed.

Don't waste your money. Unfortunately most of the employees at those big box stores are clueless. They are there to sell, sell, sell. The vast majority don't keep snakes and it's just a job.
Maintaining proper husbandry will ensure proper sheds as well as keep your snake healthy.
As for the current stuck shed, proper husbandry will take it off next shed.
