Exclamation Worried About Spots on BP's neck

My 5 year old male ball python has been doing great the month and a half I've had him but I have recently noticed two spots of slight redness on the skin between the scales on his neck/chin area on either side of the slit under his mouth. I kind of managed to get some pictures of it as best I could, I have no idea if they're actually going to go through. Any help would be appreciated. He is being kept in a 40 gallon wide tank with hot and cool side hides and water in the middle with 90 degrees basking area and ambient temps of 78-89 on cool and hot side respectively. His humidity stays between 50-60% and the first week of January had a perfect full shed. Thank you so much!
