Hey, I've been keeping Ball Pythons for a little over a year. My wife and I decided we are going to start breeding this year. I am soaking up as much info as I can and this forum has opened a whole new can of worms! Here's what we have:
1.0 Calibee(Aldo)- 1080g
1.0 GHI Het Albino(Freddy)- 391g
0.1 Normal Poss Het Albino(Sammy)- 1300g
0.1 Pastel(Nala)- 201g

We are planning on two pairings so far, Our Calibee to our Normal to prove him. Sammy is eating like a boss, so I anticipate her being more than ready by April or May. We are also pairing him with a Mojave that a friend has. Glad to be a part of this site, it seems like a great community!

are u trying to prove that Sammy is het Albino? if so, pairing her to your Calibee won't help much as u would be producing more possible het Albino's. u would need to pair her w/ Freddy, your GHI het Albino (or another visual Albino) to see if see can produce the visual recessive Albino gene animal u desire.

Thanks! I will post pics once I'm off work. I intend to try and prove the Albino with Freddy. Though, I am hoping to prove Calico in Aldo. I bought him from an individual that couldn't care for him, and was sold as a bumble bee. After doing my research I believe he is far too high white to have only the two genes. I will show when I post the pictures, but that's why I want to prove him this year.

Thanks! Provided everything goes well this year, I plan on going down an extensive road with the GHI gene. I think Nala will produce some amazing GHI Pastave babies!
