You only need 92 for the UTH. The rest of the ambient air tub temps should be heated by a separate source. I use s space heater for my rack, but for a single tub I would probably use a ceramic heat emitter.
(Both the UTH and the ambient heater will need their own separate thermostat and probe, so I recommend getting a dual control thermostat, or you can buy 2 separate thermostats.
