There are similar designs but I find this exact brand holds closer to the programmed temp.
You really only need a 100 watt CHE but so long as you get the CHE regulated down in temp you can use the 150 watt. You are either going to need a thermostat for that as well or a rheostat which isn't the best but works in a pinch.
