    They are great but pricey, here is what I use http://www.reptilebasics.com/RETraymed , a lot cheaper obviously and keep you eggs nicely cradled and off the medium you are using (I use perlite).

    The reason I like this method is unlike BP or Honduran Milksnakes eggs those eggs do not stick together when laid so they tend to roll around very easily if you check on your box (they are very round) which is why I like for them to be cradled.

    I buy the deli cups bulk from a shipping supply company.

    And yes every egg is placed the way it was found.
