    It looks like the flexible skin that attatches the spectacle to the rest of the scales has got pulled out a bit somehow.

    Check for mites, but if you see none, it's not a huge problem. Its not bothering him at all and definitely doesn't require a vet visit. It should be fixed next shed, don't poke and prod/try to remove it because if you do, you can blind your snake.
