Bag + Secure Tub. I cringe when I see pictures of people driving with their snakes loose in the car. The snake can get up under the dash or under a seat and disappear all too quickly. At best you're looking at an expensive bill at the mechanic to tear the car apart and then put it back together, at worst you end up with a dead critter.
