You’re doing a fantastic job! I bet your sneks are loving their new digs, and you’re loving the rewards of your motivation. I’ve been having the hardest time with seasonal depression. My new doctor suggested a duration of 30 minutes each morning with a SAD lamp and getting into natural light without sunglasses for 15 minutes each day.
