Both mammals and reptiles can be hosts for pinworms, roundworms, hookworms, and flatworms (flukes & tapeworms). It would be rare to find these in a CBB reptile that had only eaten domestic feeders. A snake could pick up parasites from a live feeder, which is why offering your snake wild-caught rodents is a bad idea.

Of course if a commercial feeder were the source of the parasite then the whole colony would have to be treated.
