    Yes if you put limits it does stop.

    At first it seemed like I was always buying racks and equipment, now pretty much if something comes in or I hold back something, something in my collection has to go, so I still have the same numbers and no longer need racks but the collection is upgraded.

    The key is finding your own limit and not get overwhelmed.
